I wouldn't have given one star if I didn't have to. I went to Sonic today around 6:00. I went to the drive-thru first and me and another car sat there for over 15 minutes nobody came on and said anything. There were only two cars parked in the stalls. So I drove around to park in one of the stalls and I ordered a medium Coke easy ice senior citizen discount and it took almost an hour...I kid you not. So I push the red button again to find out where my Coke was. The manager came on and tried to explain that they're really really really really really really really really really really really really really busy with orders. I let her reminded her there's only two people out here but she continued to try to argue with me. And we'll have your drink right out she said. I waited another 15 minutes so I pushed the button again as she was walking out very slowly with my drink and she guess she thought I was pushing the button too hard the stall menu post was broken that's why it was wiggling. But not before she walking out and stopped by to talk to one of the workers there sitting at one of the outside tables she knew I was there waiting for over an hour. That's why I pushed the button again because I saw her go talk to the other co-worker on break instead of bringing me my one single medium-sized drink. So after that she wouldn't serve me my drink. So I left and I called the customer service complaint line and I gave them a description of what she look like, because she wouldn't give me her name. She was short fat with red hair. Because she would not give me her name which to me that signal is guilt. Well the customer service complaint line said that they have had a lot of issues with her since she started there and they've had more and more and more complaints about the service taking too long. They are done with her and they're tired of the complaints and something's going to be done about her. Because what I explained to them was pretty very obvious to the corporate office that she prolonged my wait intentionally. Update: so I've been having more and more issues with my service at this location the last few times that I have visited. And this time I think it is the absolute worst the guy taking our orders is being extremely rude on top of us having a 10 minute wait for a double cheeseburger. They said absolutely no food was prepared already so that is an inconvenience to begin with and then to add the rude attitude on top of it I'm pretty sure I will start going somewhere else to get food when I absolutely have to eat out PS we had to push the button a second time as they said the first time we would have to wait a few minutes and then after approximately 6 minutes they never responded so we have to push it again and a different person came on and had the attitude problem! avoid this Sonic if you can! Another update from the visit I just went to. So I was supposed to get $9.91 and change and the lady come out and brought me $9 and said they didn't have any change so we were going to have to eat the 91 cents basically and we said that that was not going to work so she went in and got her manager which was the guy that took our order and he was extremely rude and finally ended up coming out with our 91 cents after we argued with him. not to mention on our way back home we realized that our order was messed up but didn't feel like arguing with these people so we just left it be. Read moreThe Spiro, Oklahoma Sonic is TERRIBLE! We got home with the wrong food..I called & they said next time I came to tell my name for a full food credit. It turned out that I could ONLY get the exact same thing I had ordered from the wrong order..which they knew made me sick..horribly sick. WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT THE EXACT SAME THING THAT MADE THEM SICKLY WITH FOOD POISONING & EXTREME DIARRHEA?? When I told them I didn't want the same exact thing the girl on the speaker told me "oh sorry bout that..have a nice day" in a rude tone of voice. I called corporate again & the fellow who I spoke with said the manager from Spiro, OK would be calling me to make it right within 24 hours. NO ONE EVER CALLED!!!! AMAZING!! Point #2. Sonic in Spiro is about 1/2 the size on most foods compared to other Sonics. My chili cheese fries have barely any fries- chili or cheese but when I order at other sonics I get a nice portion. I USED TO LOVE SONICS ..NOW I TELL EVERYONE I HAVE THE CHANCE TO THAT THEY ARE TERRIBLE...RUDE..DON'T FOLLOW UP WITH THEIR BAD FOOD COMPLAINTS ETC..ETC.. I'm heading our Sonic in Spiro doesn't care because food sales is secondary..drug sales are the primary.
