TLDR: Do not eat here. The food is garbage and the people will argue with you when you try to do something about it. The food is not worth the money and the hassle isn't worth stepping foot in here again
The one and only time my fiance went up here for food, they gave us coupons as we walked in. We found what we wanted, the lady up front helped us was very pleasant. That's where the good things end
We paid, waited about 5 minutes for our food, then left. We got home and started eating only to discover that my lamb and beef gyro meat was rubbery and tasted like dog food from a can. My fiance took a bite and immediately spat it out before running to the bathroom to throw up. She tried her food and it was just as bad, but she drowned it in ranch to try and eat as much as possible because we spent almost $30 on some potatoes we could've gotten from the frozen food section of the Walmart we were standing in, a small pile of cucumbers and tomatoes they called a salad, and some thin, trashy meat. If the food was $10 or $15, I would have been more understanding, but $30?
The worst part of our experience was when we tried returning the food. My fiance ended up eating most of her food, which I didn't realize so I did apologize for causing a scene over her food, but the women in the kitchen wanted to argue with me when I said it tasted bad, saying things like "I eat bad food all the time and never ask for my money back" trying to guilt us into not getting our money back. It wasn't until I threatened to involve my bank that I finally received a resolution where they were FINALLY able to refund me for the part of my order that wasn't eaten. I'll accept responsibility for my actions during this interaction possibly escalating the situation, but they were rude, condescending, and combative. They were acting as if I insulted them directly over their cooking instead of just accepting that they work for a corporation and they are not my enemy, their employer was who my problem was with until they started making...
Read moreThis place is not what it advertises to be. I've had shawarma in 5 different states at at least a dozen different locations. Their shawarma does not deserve to be called shawarma. It was so bland, noty even close to the spices that are used to make shawarma. To top it off, the fries were way overcooked. Then their prices are outrageously high for the poor quality of the food. I really wanted to pull a Gordan Ramsey on the entire place. My wife held me back. I honestly hate to give bad reviews. But as a matter of public safety I feel obligated to warn ⚠️ the general public. There's actually a number of authentic Middle East, Persian, Greek, North African, and Indian eateries in this area that are 100 times better than this poor excuse of...
Read moreTook the kids out for a bite and yes—the food was a little on the pricey side, but hey, that’s what happens when you roll in with three hungry kids 😅. The portions were huge! The kids each had a Beast Burger and were all smiles. I had the SoCal Burrito and it was delicious.
Big shoutout to Jerry—he was super friendly, patient, and walked us through all the menu options. Excellent service really made the experience even better.
We’ll definitely be back… maybe next time for a...
