California Customs — Local services in Fort Smith

They gave me a much lower quote in person. After they installed my speakers the price jumped up from $150 to $200. I will never go back.

Well, unfortunately I had to go back. Here's what happened.

After reluctantly paying the higher price, I drove away, turned the stereo on and BOTH new speakers were terribly worse than my original, only right front speaker that I knew was blown. I was disgusted.

I called and made another appointment to have them remove the dreadful speakers. After waiting a while at my second appointment Justin came up to me to talk. He said that the speakers they installed were fine so I probably needed a new radio. I asked to see the speakers. He took me into the installation room. (I'm not stupid!) I picked up a speaker. I looked it over and noticed that it WAS NOT a ROCKFORD FOSGATE speaker. I asked Justin what brand speaker it was. He turned white! He knew I caught him in his deceit. He gave me some no name brand. I said, I bought ROCKFORD FOSGATE speakers. He told me that I needed a $600 stereo to fix the problem. WOW! He thought I would fall for this? Unfortunately, I'm sure some people do.

I drove away. Bought two new speakers elsewhere and my boyfriend and I installed them ourselves. No new $600 stereo needed. The stereo now sounds BEAUTIFUL!

These guys will just take your money!!! I had them install all type R speakers 6 doors and 1 12 inch R subwoofer two type R amplifiers and Pioneer X8500 bhs head unit... They guaranteed I would never have problems bc of there SEMA car show installer... Was I in for it... So after spending $4700 on my audio I've had 3 type R subs blow and 2 type R door speakers burn up... Which California customs only replaced the subs 2 twice and said they can't find a problem... So I had to buy another 12 inch type R sub with my own money as they wouldn't replace it... Wow Again people I spent over $4700 on a sound system that still has problems.... They couldve at least helped me out makes me sick... Also they kept my stock 12 Camaro premium speakers amp and sub.. Saying they would find it the next day and call me... Never got a call.... Went back and they said they we gone and had no clue where they went... I would have sued them at the time if I realized what problems I was going to have... There goes my $4700...... Beware people they...

Took my wife's Tahoe here for window tint on the front windows and a brow on the windshield. I'm sure there's places that would've done it cheaper, however I heard a lot of great things through word of mouth. I decided to take her truck here and I wasn't disappointed. I don't mind paying the small difference more for a job that is completed the right way the first time. The install was clean and the tint was gapped and cut properly. The show room is very clean and professional while you wait. I got to witness them take care of another customer that had problems with a piece of equipment that she had previously had installed. They were very professional in how they handled it and I feel it says a lot about their customer service. I'll be scheduling another appointment for my truck and would have no problem recommending...
