Sunny Donuts — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I've been going to this place for years when I want some doughnuts and I'm thoroughly impressed with Sunny Donuts. They have the best blueberry cake doughnuts I've ever had, for fact. Anything I buy from here has been tasty and very enjoyable. Their price points are in line and reasonable and sometimes when you buy doughnuts they'll throw in a free dozen of glazed doughnut holes with a purchase if they have some available (I've noticed when buying a dozen most often, but this may be subjective to amount spent). Donuts taste fine customer service severely lacking. Made large order for a birthday, had to pay ahead, when I picked them up the decorated/iced donuts were stacked on top of each other so they were smashed and icing was shifted and the heart shapes were not consistent and some were a down right mess. When I shared my concern about the problem and how it didn't look nice the person said is that all and closed the window, no offer to correct the issue or discount, nothing. My kids and I have been coming to get donuts every Friday before school for quite some time here. And they almost always forget something in our order well today they forgot the donut holes and I'd already purchase $26 on my card so I asked if I could just put something back and I could get the donut holes and the lady proceeded to make a huge deal about it in front of line of people so I will not be coming back to this place.
