Call, set up meeting to sell items and was not told what to bring so brought in 12 totes of clothes. The clothes were taken to where I could not see and gone through, quick without discussion and then I was told they were not taking winter cloths. To be blunt I felt like my daughter and I were treated as trash or some kind of lowlife and our items useless. However, if I had been told it was a high end store i may of passed it on and not of embarrassed myself or place myself through being snub on. If anyone is going to sell to them you need to be well off and have excellent high end items so if you do not, I truly suggest you do not go there so your not cast aside while the ones who do have those items are treated like royalty. On another note,, I will speak good of the store,,, It does have high end items and the operations other than the treatment was excellent in many ways. For anyone who has high end items I will suggest you take them there because it is set up to be for those alike. Although I was treated rude you will be treated well and in all honestly I placed myself in that situations however, they could of been a little more respectful to me since my daughter was there as well. I just literary call to inquire about their consignment and or sell a few wallets that I have such as Coach, Michael Kors, Dooney & Bourke which are brand new or barely used. The 1st lady said to bring them by next week when the owner is in and then I decided to call back to see if I could bring a couple more nice purses, this time was a different lady who didn't bother to even ask what it was I was bringing in as she basically said they are overstock for this season, after I mentioned to her that I was not inquiring about clothing consignment just wallets or purses she dismissed by saying we have to many purses and we do not need anymore. I am so very thankful for this place, I’m newly divorced, I love classy, high end clothes. I’m able to afford these items very affordable, believe me I no longer go to discount stores, once to savers, never again . If I do eventually transfer to Rogers, I will come on the weekends or my days off.
