Hammer Made — Local services in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory

I am a longtime customer. I stopped in at the Minneapolis airport hammer made store to let them know of an unfortunate experience with a brand new shirt I just bought. I shared with the gentleman that I was a longtime customer and I know this is not normal, but I had a brand new hammer made shirt and the first time I wore it, on a business trip two of the front buttons fell off. It was clear the shirt was not manufactured correctly, but I was simply asking him what I should do. Bring it to the store or just ship it in? To my amazement, he says, I know this is a stupid question, but did you buy the right size? There was another customer standing next to me, and he was clearly disgusted as was I. Had a couple hour layover and felt like shopping. This is a 5 start review on two levels. First and foremost, even if the shirts weren’t amazing, good looking, good fitting quality material, I still would have bought one. Rico and Allison were awesome working with me to understand my taste and find the right shirt.

That said, these shirts WERE good quality with amazing style, so I bought more than one. Will be back next time...
