Shake Shack — Restaurant in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory

Horrible service, we waited 20 mins with only 2 small orders in front of us and they still got the order wrong, 3x! We ordered 2 sandwiches and only got 1. After drawing their attention that I ordered 2 burgers they asked what happened to the other burger? I had not moved from the counter yet, what did I put the burger in my pocket? After they realized they did not give me the burger and I didn't try to put it down my pants, they said they would have one right up. Then after a 5 or so minutes they gave me a mushroom burger! That was a well played slap in the face, especially since my girlfriend is allergic. After watching another interaction between two employees with very inappropriate language, they gave me another burger that was wrong. At this point we cut our loses and ate that burger as to not keep this cycle going. It was like they had no idea how to operate a fast food burger place. We arrived around lunch time for our flight and opted for shake shack. The cheese fries were fries with a side of barely warm cheese and the burgers didn’t come with anything that the menu said as far as sauces or vegetables. They were meat and cheese, plain and dry which is not how we ordered them. The service was beyond horrible. The soda vendor was refilling the station that the line had to go by so we were unable to go down the ropes and walked to the counter since there was nobody in line. The rude cashier told us that next time we needed to follow the rope because that’s what it’s there for. We apologized and said okay. He was unhelpful and impatient while we quickly ordered food for six people. 10/10 do not recommend. We fly from Texas every year and will eat from a vending machine before we return to Shake...

RUDEST EMPLOYEE EVER - WANDA at Minneapolis Airort outlet. I am not surprised to see so many 1 star. If I had the option to choose zero stars. This Woman Wanda is so RUDE I don’t know how she got the job. Truly unprofessional. Shake Shack should invest more to train employees on basic etiquettes. After a miserable behavior she even had the nerve to criticize America as rude and talked over me.. All I did was politely spell my name for her, which is often misspelled, She said she doesn’t care how my name is spelt and kept on blabbering shenanigans. I don’t think America is rude, it’s people like her that are trying to tarnish the image. NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. I hope shake shack takes some action on this...
