Well...it is Xmas day. Nice that airport isn't crowded. I guess the airport is the place to work if a bartender. They must make quite a hefty hourly wage. Plus the auto added gratuity fee. The airport is only place in USA where most people including me would pay $16.00 for a double shot of cheap vodka with splash of tonic. Ohhhh...then make me wait cus bartender is barback, waiter etc etc...the airport used to be fun & exciting. Its just an evil necessity if you travel. Take advantage of the lil guy. Well done MSP airport. And could the TSA agents be any more crotchety if they tried? And whatever you do - don't have clearly labeled lines or expectations of customer. Perhaps a what to do in the TSA line would be helpful or assistance especially when it's obvious that a senior or inexperienced CUSTOMER IS STRUGGLING because they only travel annually or haven't flown since pre COVID. But it's more fun to watch customers struggle and hold everyone up because TSA too busy thinking they are all powerful for a very brief moment in time. MSP airport is a constant construction zone but nothing ever gets better. Thanks for doing your job. Perhaps a lil friendliness towards us customers that are reason your employed might get that chip off your shoulder. Ya all must be trained to be as surly...
Read moreDelicious food! An experience that would be impossible to describe without experiencingnit fornyourself. It was a moment! The best burger in my life, but I'm still young, barely a few months past 55! I ordered a Certified Angus Beef burger in place of the 60/40 beef and bacon burger, with the bacon and special Red Cow sauce. It was exquisite to say the least! Toasted puffy buttered bun, distinct, crispy bacon strips, and melting cheese on a very hot, fresh, tasty and juicy angus beef patties! It was an experience. The taste of the Angus beef is truly phenomenal and must be experienced personnaly to become a believer that it is completely much more tastier than a regular hamburger from other restaurants! Big surprise just as amazing as the burger was their house made ketchup with garlic and onions! Its tasty, tender onion bits and a strong, fresh garlic taste, all combind to create a surprise for your palate! I asked if it was available for purchase and was toldnit possibly is available at the other Red Cow locations in the cities. It was better, above and beyond amazing, a realnculinary treat to such a classic combo! My suggestion is try the CAB burger and the 60/40 burger (60% CAB, 40% bacon). BEST BURGER...
Read moreI had about 20 minutes before I had to board my plane, so I thought that this place would have fast food before flight. How wrong I was had me scrambling to get on my plane. I ordered a burger and some fries which shouldn't take longer than about 10 minutes for me to get, but I waited for 22 minutes putting me past time for my flight. Luckily I made it to my flight before it left and before I even had time to open the box for my food. While waiting for my food I saw them giving the same food to people who ordered minutes after me while I was waiting for something that should be extremely simple to make. Once I was finally able to taste the food I was dissatisfied, and disappointed to say the least. The burger was fairly bland and the fries were mediocre at best.the "Red Cow Sauce" was not that good, but I won't let that hinder my experience as it was free with the meal. I would not reccomend this restaurant to anyone that I have even an ounce of...
