Bought a pair of Powerbeats here last June. By August one of the ear wraps had fallen off and the sound in the other had become āspottyā. I called the store to see about the extra warranty I had purchased and what process they used to fix the headsets. They told me I had to contact corporate, get a copy of my receipt sent, them bring them in. I informed them I bought them while on layover and donāt fly through MSP that often. Also, I entered in my info at time of sale, so was confused at the tediousness of additional steps I had to take for a extra expense that was sold as āan extremely easy way to protect your purchaseā.
