Read moreI'm very impressed with Brian McGee and the Ashley Store in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Brian McGee is a fantastic resource if you are looking to buy a mattress. He knows what he is talking about and he will not try and upsell you on something you don't need. He listens to what you want and helps guide you in that direction. First we looked at the more expensive, top of the line, Sealy Mattresses on Saturday, and then we told him we'd think about it and come back in on Sunday with our decision. When we came back in on Sunday, Brian showed us the less expensive Sealy Mattresses that offered the bigger sale prices on them for this years spring sale. We ended up out the door for an even better deal than the one we were going to go for on Saturday, and we have up to 30 days to try the bed out in home and if we don't like it we can send it back before the 30 days is up and take the deal we were going to take on Saturday. Read moreOn 17 June I ordered a bed listed as in stock and set to arrive 21 June. At the end of June I reached out for an update and was told that the bed had just left the warehouse and would be delivered the following week (1-5 July). I'm writing this on 10 July with still no bed. I reached out today to ask for an update and was told it actually is not in stock so I was lied to first on the website and second lied to directly when I was told it had already left the warehouse. I am now being told i will be delivered at the beginning of August, a full month and a half late. When I asked to cancel I was told that since the order has been confirmed a refund is not possible. So, to summarize, they took my money, lied about the delivery timeline, and then held my money hostage when I got wise.
