I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! From the moment you walk in the door, you are met with the most welcoming atmosphere, and it's clear to see the owners take extreme pride, love, and care in their work. This joint is located in a borderline-historic landmark building in Fort Walton, however, the joint takes full advantage of this! There are plans to renovate, but for now, this wonderful place is more than amazing enough to visit for the food and friendliness alone!
Don't even get me started on the food... The flavors are absolutely amazing - rich, nuanced, and packed with fresh ingredients. I had the pho which smelled AND tasted HEAVENLY. The bulgogi fries were packed to the STARCH with savory flavor.
The service was impeccable. I watched my food being prepared before my eyes, and it was a breath-taking experience, to say the least.
Can't wait to return and try more of the menu. This restaurant clearly puts an emphasis on making an unforgettable experience, and it shows in every delicious bite. If you're looking for an amazing Vietnamese experience in a comfortable atmosphere with wonderful staff, don't miss...

Mooba Cafe
This place is NEAT! Young, motivated owners. An amazing chef that you can watch prepare your meal. And located in a historic landmark building here in FWB.
Today I had the Peach refresher with Passionfruit bursts. I’ve never had anything quite like it. I enjoyed it immensely. To start I tried the Bulgogi Fries. Let me say, BURSTING with flavor. I had the children’s Pho which was the perfect portion (it only comes with meatball in children’s portion but the meatballs were great). The broth is heavenly & aromatic. I also had the kids steak fried rice. PHENOMENAL.
In speaking with staff, they plan to refresh the outside, painting it a vibrant pink that will surely attract traffic’s attention. They also plan to incorporate a tasting plate style menu. So smaller portions & prices so folks can sample more of the food.
They even treated me to a Panda Waffle. It tasted like I was transported to my childhood while at the summer fair eating a fresh, hot funnel cake. Delightful.
RUN, don’t walk to this local gem of...
Read moreThe smell of the food coming from this restaurant was great and I really want to at least try some of the food. However, the day I went, it was with the sole purpose of giving their boba a try. I ordered their Thai Tea boba and blended matcha boba. When we came, it'd been an hour or so after they'd open for the day. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and let me know that they didn't have any tapioca. Bummer, but I wantrd to give the teas a shot. The Thai tea was probably some of the worst I've had and the matcha wasn't much better. Not sure if the ratios were off, but it was disappointing. Willing to give them a second shot to see how the food is, but I'm not sure if this would be the spot for a quick boba run. The atmosphere itself was quite cute, it's nice to see this building being used after it's been vacant...
