PHAT Vegan — Local services in Fort Washington

The food from PHAT Vegan is DELICIOUS!! Eating Vegan is new to me, and knowing that I can order Take-out and get it when requested AND IT IS HOT and FRESH and not COLD AND OLD!! I am so thankful that there is a healthy alternative that I can get as a take-out other than the regular fast food stuff. I LOVE anything Oyster Mushroom. I had the Chicken Sandwich (both the cauliflower and oyster mushroom), the Rich Boy and the jack fruit enchilada (I believe); whatever it was, it was DELICIOUS!!! First timer. Got the sampler: Chikkn Slider, Phat Mac, Philly Cheesesteak Empanada. One bite in to the empanada and I was sold. 5 minutes later Ive cleaned my plate and here I am writing a review… Flavorful, soulful, layers….. damn… I might just have to run that back….

I’ve been trying to order from this restaurant for the past month. The first time I called, I was told I needed to order an hour in advance, so I decided not to proceed. Later, I tried ordering online and realized that at 12 PM, the earliest I could receive my food would be after 2 PM. It seems like this is a new business trying to establish itself but struggling with staffing. While I’m all for supporting small businesses, the long wait times and required meet-ups don’t justify the high prices. Hopefully, they improve their service...
