Update: They have improved the music to be more normal and no longer blaring. They rearranged things but presentation is still not what it used to be.
Renew has been my favorite store to shop at for years. It was clean, laid out and displayed in an upscale way and always has soft relaxing music. So today I donated 2 sets of dishes as we are downsizing, then went in to shop. I was greeted with loud rap music they claim is Christian. That was followed by other non relaxing music. And the layout and presentation made me feel as if I was at Goodwill or Salvation army, not upscale at all. I told management I didn't like the new music choice and was told it was policy and being more inclusive and said they were sorry I didnt like it. So, this is a heads up to others who enjoyed this calm store. It's not the same. I will not be donating or shopping at blue jacket Renew. I may come in from time to time to see if it gets...

When checking their hours originally it appeared that they were open later than 5 on Saturdays. We turned to leave, and suggested that they should update their hours on Google, and in the most disrespectful tone were told its on the door.
