My 6 year old daughter and I just went last night for cuts and I got highlights in my super dark hair. Cari was FANTASTIC! She was wonderful with my daughter and talked to her and made sure she felt comfortable. We both hadn’t had a haircut in 2 years since we are growing it out. We were nervous about losing a lot of length. Cari did such a wonderful job and we both loved our hair. Cari also gave me hair lights to the exact color I asked for. Again I was super nervous about anyone doing my hair as I have had bad cut/color in the past but I cannot praise Cari enough for how fabulous it looks! Went in for the first time with a groupon thinking I would check out a new place maybe find a great stylist. My hair was almost to my butt and I wanted a shorter cut so i brought in a pic of a long Bob with side swept bangs and showed Casey the pic she then proceeds to layer my hair so extremely that my shortest layer is literally three inches long. And it's the most awful haircut I have had in my life I am seriously contemplating shaving my head. I would try to give them a chance to fix it but I dont see how considering all my hair is now gone. Just left Looks salon and I’m such a happy customer I wish I could give 10 stars!! I’m in town for a wedding and needed a blowout. Casey knocked it out of the park!! She’s such a perfectionist! She couldn’t handle that my bangs weren’t laying right so she cleaned them up and ended up doing a nice job blending my layers. Totally not what I came in for - but she wanted to make sure I looked perfect when I left so she exceeded my expectations! I took her card - I’ll find my way back here for her to do my hair again.
