Do NOT use TELRAD ELECTRONIC TERRIBLE !!!!! I purchased a brand new washer and dryer - TELRAD is the company used to fix LG (hopefully after my two hours on the phone with LG today - they will be off the list ) First of all the lady that answers the phone is a basket case - seems completely unorganized --- reason for visit was washer shakes excessivly - first schedule _ I took off work for this visit and tech never shows up = lady on phone said he broke down that it was a terrible day - - NEXT visit scheduled off of work again - this was a complete waste of time the tech actually showed up but had NO CLUE what he was doing - it was so obvious he basically ran my washer without clothes in it and said he would have to send another tech out - SOOO another call to the basket case lady who agreed that he is inexperienced would send out her BEST tech - BEST TECH comes and again we are watching the washer go thru the motions and he is not sure why its shaking so bad but says he will order a MAIN AND A STATOR - called lady to reschedule YET again to have these parts put in which was for TODAY and GUESS WHAT - NO CALL NO SHOW !!!!!! I took today off again !!!! I called and a guy answered - said their computer broke down that they had a guy shceduled to be here the day before - WELL GOT NEWS FOR THEM NO ONE SHOWED UP THEN EITHER _!!!! what a joke - I called LG and demanded to talk to a HIGHER UP _ this is ridiculous - I would never ever recommend this company - their website is TERRIBLE the office people ALWAYS have some big CRISIS and it has taken over two months to get my WASHER REPAIRED - STILL NOT FIXED but after reading all these terrible reviews on them - IM GLAD THEY DIDNT DO ANY WORK TO IT _ IT WOULD PROBABLY BE WORSE THEN IT STARTED _ ALL MY CALLS and PAPER TRAIL HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED === DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEN ONLY REASON IT HAS ONE STAR IS BECUASE IT WONT LET YOU POST UNLESS YOU PICK...
Read more1 star because I had to. I do not recommend. If you have an option to use someone else, do it! We scheduled an appointment to have them come diagnose the refrigerator because the refrigerator itself was telling us it was the compressor had gone bad and we want to make sure it was worth repairing vs buying a new one. I had to call day of to confirm they were still coming because I hadn't received anything in 2 weeks since I made the appointment. Yes still on the schedule for 8-1 with a 20 minute before phone call. Perfect! Nope about 30 minutes left I our window my husband called to find out the had written my number down wrong and had been calling the wrong number. Even though I had had contact with them at least 4 times prior and I knew I was in the system. Whatever. Finally they show up which made my husband late to work. But again whatever. The guy comes and my husband plugs it in. Their "tech" pushes two buttons on the screen and says the compressor is bad. Ummm what? My husband said I already knew that. Are you not going to hook a machine up to the back to find out for sure its not a bad board? No, his work phone is broken and can't do that. So, basically you came and did exactly what we had done reading the screen on the refrigerator and you aren't going to really diagnose it? Nope! That is their diagnose. They can't even fix compressor. We had told them originally on the phone that is what it was telling us, but they had to come diagnose it themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, unless you want to throw...
Read moreJust purchased new GE Refrigerator model #GFD28GSLESS. When we purchased, we asked for the additional ice maker for the bottom freezer. Once we got it home, I installed the ice maker per the instructions, but the ice maker never worked. I had the service technician at my house looking into another issue that we were having with a new GE dish washer. Once he took a look at the dishwasher (which we ended up taking it back and exchanging it for a another new one) I asked if he would take a look at the refrigerator, The technician refused to look at it because I never called in to GE and set up a work order. So, I went on line and set up the work order for the Ice Maker. Today the service tech. showed up with a new ice maker and proceeded to tell me that he could not find anything wrong with the ice maker but was going back to the shop and review some additional drawings. So, my first thought was why didn’t he take the 5 minutes to look at it the first time he was here. So now I’m very upset and decided to look on you tube for a video which shows the install process. It appears GE never sent the double water valve that is required for the additional ice maker, since this was never sent, I had no idea that these parts existed. You would think the technician would check everything out prior to leaving. So now I’m wondering what kind of training their people are getting. This issue has been going on for 37 days. I hope when I receive the parts from GE that everything works, and I don’t need to deal with...
