Newest review: Nice going Hungry Howies! I never thought that I would be served pigeon wings, but after picking up tonight's order and getting them home after paying $10 for each order and also leaving a nice tip, that's what I got. Your company needs a serious upgrade in quality! I bet none of the upper management would ever take these home for their families! Shame on you for charging this much for such a disappointing meal!!! People do require actual food to survive. These wings provide basically none since there was essentially no meat on the teeny tiny bones. 🤬

I made the mistake of going online to order 2 pizzas and an order of wings. Well, we were unable to pick the order up ourself because our car had a flat. So a friend was supposed to pick up the order. Well our friend had trouble with his vehicle and was unable to pick up the order. We didn't know that until we got in touch with him after the store was closed. My husband and I are going on seventy and are both on a fixed income. I talked to the manager who said that she couldn't make the order again because it was company policy. So my husband and I are out of over 60.00. Things sure have changed in this world. People used to care if their customers were happy/satisfied with the service. Unfortunately not in this time. I guess that they needed the money more than us. The lady at the window was very rude. I get food from here about twice a month for about 6 years and usually the customer service is at least decent. When she opened the window at the drive thru she just asked "what's the name?" very rudely. After I told her she says "$33.60" and I gave her the money. She gets my change and puts it in my hand and walks away. Comes back to give me my order and as I'm saying thank you she closed the window with saying a word. I didn't even get my extra sauces I was charged for. The whole interaction, not one word other than "what's the name" and "33.60." I always tip but today I did not.
