Angel Nails — Local services in Fort Worth

This nail salon went downhill once Lisa stopped operating it... I grew up going with my mom and getting our nails done. Once Lisa left, I tried going back, but the service was horrible..... Back then, on Saturday, this place was packed. Yesterday, I asked for French tips and also just nail polish for my daughter's nails. I requested purple with glitter on top... Well, Cindy chose "work smart and not harder." She just grabbed a glitter color that had a hint of purple and that was it....

For my nails She added white tips half on my nail, and I asked for them long, but when I saw she did half my nail, I was like I'm going to trust the process... You know how sometimes you're like "oh no, I'm not going to like this but then you end up loving the process." Well, not this time. Once Cindy was done filing my nails, she just added the clear coat and didn't ask to wash my hands, so the leftover powder caused bubbles on my nails... I told her I didn't like them, and she started talking in her language... then I asked if she could cut them down bc there was a lot of white tip, and I was like, I asked her to trim it down, and she got upset....

After I left, I called my friends to tell them, and they told me they wouldn't have paid, but now, with social media, I didn't want to be posted as "paid for no service."

I know another lady who was getting her toes done was also upset because she asked for a specific color, and once again, they did it the way they chose.

I hope Lisa or Kim sees this and why her business has gone downhill....

I have reference the pictures before her trimming and after trimming. Also my daughters nail that were her birthday nails...

Omg we're do I start ..ok so I went in and the lady at front was rude to begin with I told her I wanted gel polish and some how she ended up doing some powder dip bc it last longer and helps your nails grow she said ...so I said Okk ..well then when she was filling down my nails I told her can u fix this nail it looks crucred..so offcourse she said I'm not done yet . So I'm like ok somehow she's going to fix it ..wrong she went ahead and continue with the top coat I said mam my nail is still crucred she said no it's ur finger..I got so pissed when she said that I'm like no you glued the nail wrong so she was like Okk I fix for you. While she was taking my nail off to put a new one she was being so rough with my finger it even bled a little bit ..so she said sorry ..and continue ..so I didn't want to deal with it anymore and when somewhere to get them fix ..I told her I was never coming back she said have a nice day..like that shows how much she cares about her costumers !!!!😡😡. Never will I be back ..no thanks I rather pay more money but have great nails and costumer...

I hate to do this because the ladies here were very welcoming. my sister n law and I went on the 29th of Sept. Not even the third day into having the nails and they began chipping and my nails weren't glued on correctly. On top of that my sister n laws toe swelled from to much chipping of her skin and nail. Everything got caught in my nails. I'm hoping to go and have them redone and maybe get better results back. Because the lady who did my toes did an amazing job!!! Altogether we spent over 100 just for my nails to already be falling apart. Besides that I loved my fiance's nails, and my toes, the ladies and how welcoming everything...
