I have been with Metro PCS since 2008. I have always been ONLY/JUST somewhat satisfied until today. Today I called this store and I spoke with the manager, his name is Jamani. I already know more about how Metro PCS works than the average customer. But Jamani took it to a whole new level today. After 16 years of paying Metro PCS and numerous calls to the 800 customer service number and visits to the 'corporate' stores over the (16) years I finally feel like I got superior customer service and got the best best phone plan (price/data) and the best phone for the price I was able to spend.
