Pizza Patron McCart Ave. — Restaurant in Fort Worth

I've tried this location a few times, and despite being given a time to pick up, there is a ALWAYS a delay. After last night, i won't be back, and will drive to Little Caesars 100ft away. I always order pizza during the peak hours of dinner, so I expect a delay, but it's ridiculous they are trained to say 20-30 mins each time. Given this, I wait extra time to show up, usually an extra 5-10 mins. We showed up last night, later than told, and watched our order be cooked. The two employees worked slow, unhappily and slightly confused. I believe the female was in training, so I tried to be friendly and smile, she didn't attempt to return the gesture. Same goes with the man training her. Anyway, our supreme pizza was way undercooked, so it had to be heated more at home, which was confusing because we watched it be cooked. Our other items were better. I don't expect everything to be perfect, hence the multiple attempts to try this location, but I'd rather give my money to a place that will acknowledge unhappy customers. It would seem the owner is only capable of an copy/pasted...

I ordered a pizza through the favor app and once I received my pizza it had a very thin coating of sauce. You could ask me, "how would I know how much sauce was on the pizza if the parmesan suppose to cover the sauce"? Well, the pizza barely had cheese on it. I had no choice but to 👀 the amount of sauce on the $5 hot N ready. It was hot but it wasn't ready. On another order that I called for pick up I received the same kind of pizza after I paid for more cheese at least I received a dry pizza with extra cheese. While at another location in mesquite balanced out the amount of condiments that they put on their hot N readys'. The main thing is, the way that it looks when marketed on pics and television is not and haven't been the way that I've received a pizza from this...

Ordered via DoorDash...which I know isn't the best way to get the freshest quality...but man did this pie SMACK. I've been around the nation and the world and this pizza ranks up there for taste. You can taste the fresh ingredients. There is no other places doing Latin based pizzas...and why not? Cause this place is already doing it...and the right way. The chicken enchilada pizza reminds me of mi madre pressing out fress massa to put on the grill, then grinding up peppers to make a sauce. This place is doing it right...and all pizza places need to take notice. Me and my wife called this "Texas Pizza," and like all things Texas does better...this might be one of them. NY and CHI need to watch out...Texas Pizza is coming and Pizza Patron is...
