Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

So my family and I gave this location another try since we noticed they had new faces. We walked right in to order. Our ordered was taking within 5 mins which is why I gave them a star. Also the cashier was very friendly and welcoming. A younger girl. The manager seemed stressed and was yelling at the cashier asking her to take orders, get food then jump back and take more orders. I was told after I paid 10 mins wait. We were told we could go wait in our car. I waited in my car for 15 mins because food wasn't ready after 10 mins. I saw many people going in waiting on food and receiving food. My, son and I waited another 30 mins because our food wasn't ready. The manager didn't even recognize us and she was out front when we placed our order. (2 pepperoni classics a cheese classic and a 2 liter and 2 orders of wings bbq and garlic parmesan. ) She looked at us and said have you been helped. 3 customers came in after us and we're helped one customer was even offered free wings. They came in after us. I was there now a whole 45 mins + waiting on my order. No sorry about the wait... Nothing. No bag for our wings. I was just really tired and ready to go. The service was not good. I ordered simple foods that were hot and ready items. They weren't hot and ready. The pizzas were sitting on the counter because they were waiting for my wings to finish. Someone forgot that I ordered wings and the manager asked the cashier to go make them as she was ringing up customers. The cashier made me wings to complete my order. I couldn't get Pepsi for my 2 liter because I was told they were out. The customer the manager was ringing up asked about it. She was so frustrated ran to the back and grabbed 2 hot bottles. The Cooler wasn't stocked. The manager was not ready for the evening rush. This location needs new managers to help teach speed of service and customer service greetings. This...

My daughter and I ordered a pizza at 7:35 P.M. on 6/22/22. We got the order completed status. My daughter, who is disabled went in to grab it quickly. The lady there said it was almost done. I walked in 10 minutes later to my daughter almost blacking out. I got her to the car, but knowing she needed food ,I ran back in to get our order. The Lady said, "it's coming out right now". So I opted to wait. I stepped out to check on my daughter get her situated. I went back in and the Lady said it's coming up. And told me to grab a soda for the inconvenience. 15 minutes later I got a pizza that my 5 year old grandchild could have done better. The crust wasn't even, in fact 1/2 the pizza didn't have crust. The cheese was uneven and it seemed raw. Upon returning home, my next door neighbor informed me they were closed last week for many health violations. I can tell you we're not eating this. It looks unappetizing already with out knowing about the health code issues. To make matters worse my disabled daughter who suffers from P.O.T.S. had to be carried into the house because I was dumb enough to trust it was almost done. Home now tending to my daughter, finding something else to eat, angry, and wanting my money back. We are a good society, and hard working people in this community.....we deserve better and I for one am not going to settle for this disturbing treatment of our community. I will...

Went in to get dinner for my dad. Asked for the extremist bestest and the guy at the register said it was not extra pepperoni on it that it was extra cheese and we asked for the pepperoni one and he said ok. We asked for the Calzone and he said they don't do that any longer. We asked for the stuff crust pizza that was on the menu and he said we don't do it. We pointed out to him that it was on the menu and he said we dont do it anymore and he said the menu has not been updated. So we asked for the 3 meat pizza. We get our oder after waiting 20 min for them to prepare it and we took it that we got what we ordered. We did not get the extremost bestest. We got the regular pepperoni BUT we were charged for the other one. While we were waiting for our food. This lady had walked in and she wanted the thin crust pepperoni and the guy tells her that they are not doing it any more and she had to get something else. The pizza has been coming out on TV and they had it on the menu and he tells her they are no longer ger doing it. And she had to get something totally different. Either this guy was new and did not know what he was doing or he was told to tell everyone that they no longer make certain pizzas.
