Care Nail Studio — Local services in Fort Worth

I have been a client of Carol’s for over a year, and things started out great! I traveled 3 ½ hours to see her monthly and always supported her through her business growth journey. Recently, Carol’s business has taken a turn for the worse. She canceled my appointment that I had made well in advance so she could go on a trip. I completely understood, I know things happen, so I happily rescheduled with Kristen for that month. Most recently, I had an appointment scheduled for March 15th. I noticed that I had not received the standard appointment confirmation text, so I directly messaged her business Instagram account. She let me know that she had forgotten about my appointment and would not be able to see me because she was going out of town yet again. We tried to find a time with either her or Kristen, but nothing was available. I respectfully expressed my frustration with her, because I had already traveled to Fort Worth for our appointment the following day. Instead of trying to make amends for the situation, she let me know that she would no longer be able to service me because we were “no longer a good fit”, and then immediately cancelled my future appointments. Have you ever met a nail angel? Because I have and her name is Kristin at Care Nail Studio! She made my nail dreams come true! Literally peeked inside my brain and painted exactly what I wanted (NEEDED) without me even really having a solidified idea upon walking in. I said girlie baby shower disco theme and BAM! It’s exactly what I got! The compliments from any passerby who saw my nails were endless. I dream of the day we get to hold hands again and she creates a new tiny masterpiece for myself and others to drool at. And let me tell you! These nails went 6 weeks STRONG! No lifting anywhere! Such a beautiful perfect grow out. Kristin is so skilled in her art and you can really see all the love and care she pours into each set. I wish I could have framed them! I’ve always been one to paint my own nails and have gotten manicures only a handful of times in my life (haha), never really returning to the same place….until now. I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done for my 30th birthday and after some intense Instagram searches, I found Care Nail Studio! So I joined the waitlist and eventually booked an appointment. The vibes immediately upon showing up that day were WONDERFUL….and I’ve gone back every month since and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. My nails are always well-cared for, celebrated, and appreciated no matter what state they’re in.
