Dos Juanitos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Presentation 8.5 It was my first time trying this location and who doesn’t love Mexican food especially with a drive thru. The presentation was great but once you start eating into the food it was horrible. I ordered 2 breakfast tacos with potatoes, eggs, bacon and cheese. That was great but there was barely any bacon. I also ordered super nachos with ground beef. When I ordered the guy stated”let me check if we have ground beef” I’m like okay but when I received my food, the ground beef was old & cold. They served me old ground beef. It was around 2pm so I’m guessing that must have been the ground beef from yesterday because it didn’t taste fresh! Also the nachos were covered in onions! Every single bite had around 10 onions on each chip. First time trying but LAST time going. I also had to ask for a receipt which is odd because he gave me a receipt then took it back and the menu prices aren’t clear. I hate that I need to write this review after going here for so long but it has gone downhill and I wanted to speak up. I ask for extra of a certain ingredient and get charged every time but never receive it. They used to be generous with there portions but have been skimping lately. I feel I have been overcharged several times but since they either never provide a receipt or the receipt doesn't show what you ordered, just a total I never know. When I try to ask about it they don't speak English very well so they just nod there head and don't respond. I feel like with the other options in the area, the customer service is just too bad at this place to deal with it for food that is declining in...

To describe to you how good this place is, I work at a dealer close to Six Flags, would drive a used car to clear codes on the highway, and would cheat by driving all the way to Fort Worth to here at Dos Juanitos to grab a Cali Burrito, then head on back to base. It became a point that I would come here as frequently as once a week to get my fix.

This is ine of the few places I know that can make an awesome Tripa burrito or a Cali Burrito that beats my go to place in San Clemente California.
