My wife and I met twice with the Ferris Roofing team prior to replacing our roof. They were on time, listened to our expectations, and provided us a variety of options on products and pricing. We then contracted with them. From the initial meeting, to final clean-up, the process could have not run smoother. The crew was on time, polite, paid careful attention to detail, and protected our landscaping in the process of tear off, a real concern for us. Since hail damage was the reason for the new roof, our insurance company was involved. Patrick Ferris personally worked with our insurance company, and the two adjusters assigned to our claim. He was a advocate for us, the homeowners, while submitting a fair and well thought bid that our insurance company agreed to and honored.
