I have traveled all over the world. I've had good food, great food and amazing food. Then there's the kind that is unforgettable! The king makes you remember years later, the kind that transports you back to that place in time. I HAVE FOUND THE PLACE! What a gem. When you think of your grandmothers food that no one can make like her. Well here at this small little place in Fort Worth they do this times ten! The gorditas were warm pockets of bread (similar to a tortilla) filled with the most flavorful tender meat. The warm spices you breath in when taking that fist bite transports you back to that place you were years before. And then you bite in and WOW, and the fresh salsa, perfection! First time trying the food and I have to be completely honest and say that it was Amazing!!!! It was So So delicious and I know to some it may be a bit extreme what I am about to say but, I literally cried when I ate the food 🤣 honestly.. the family is from where I am and it reminded me of my childhood and my Grandmother's cooking.
