Five Below — Local services in Fort Worth

As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by Alec (I believe that was his name). He had such a warm and welcoming personality. He asked me if I needed help to find anything and I asked if they had yoga mats. Alec was able to direct them as to where they were. I also browsed around, and they have so many cute house decorations and just a lot of things we can all use.

They also have back-to-school supplies, games, workout items, chips, snacks, and all sorts of stuff.

Things are mainly pretty affordable with some exceptions for things that are more than $5 - $10.

The interior was organized and clean.

If you have yet to check this place out, specifically in this location, since I've seen so many negative reviews from other 5 Below spots in the surrounding areas.

Are you kidding me with the shopping carts!!! Damn you whomever you are that is responsible for stocking Five Below carts. I do not have a problem walking like capable person and yet the 2 times I have shopped here I have walked out bruised and in PAIN!! NOT COOL AT ALL!! I have left a message with corporate and expect to be contacted and a change to be made so that we the consumer are no longer harmed by this companies careless decisions.....Other than the carts...

The place is a bit disorganized and there is no customer service or at least no one ever asked if we needed help. We even self checked out and no employee seemed to be around the checkout area. I did see staff working in the aisles but, they were minding their own business and didn’t even seem to want to greet their customers. This location also has less selection of items than other five below locations...
