JCPenney — Local services in Fort Worth

I got one thing I came for Socks. Not the one thing One thing and except for the price they are great! It's a six pack of Addidas sport something socks. I got them from across a display rack by the jewelry section. I walked down the aisle and around the corner to pay for them. Then out the door to the bench and promptly put a pair on. I was in lala land until I noticed the disrepair which I would find a theme throughout the mall. And JCPENNY did nit honor my coupon but neither have. Bed Bath and Beyond, Walmart online, Kona/Kong shoe's. Thank you to all the shoppers and staff I conversed with, it was nice and nostalgic. JCPenny can you bring back the coupon code that you can use a store coupon for any department in the store that will take it. I think I did see an item in each one. LOL, or since December was my b-day month two $2 price each for my loaded up cart. I wish I could name a staff person I spoke to to shop for me but I don't think I stood out over any other shopper there to shop or get...

I had a problem with a rough employee at this store who literally treated me like garbage, and instead of dealing with the situation, she was very impatient and incompetent and called security on me, on top of that this employee claimed to be a manager (and she wasn't), yelling and just plainly been really rude. Was the worse of the worse.

Next day I come, and talk to the real manager, who treated me with great respect and empathy, and handled the situation very professionally, and went out of her way to make sure the situation was handled as good as it could be. I changed my review from 2 (really should of been zero or a negative number) to 5 stars thanks to the great work of Norma, the manager. My mother just stopped by to shop at JCPENNEYs. We always shop there and never had problems. But apparently today was real bad experience. My mother had 2 gift cards that she wanted to use. The associate that was helping my mom was rude to begin with. My mom arrived with 2 gift cards and only left with one gift card. So basically the associate robbed my mother of a gift card which still had money on it. Also she wanted to use both gift cards to pay, but the so call associate told my mother it was empty, but another associate or manager checked and the gift card did have money on it. So my mother canceled her transaction, because the associate was rude, and my mother asked for her gift cards back. She only received one gift card back. She questioned the associated and denied that she stole my mother's gift card. So be safe when going to this...
