Went after church for my mom's Birthday with her husband and we were all treated beyond nice by the whole staff. My mom is demanding and always in a hurry so when our server alex kept up with her with a smile i knew he must be superman in disguise as a waiter. He even went above and beyond to serve my step dad a desert immediately 1st not knowing my stepdad was needing sugar to balance a diabetic need. All alex knew was a request for chocolate lasagna and he brought it quick with awesome energy. My step dad felt better immediately thanks to alex. He also naturally fulfilled my constint demand for lemons. I make lemon water (a.k.a home made power aid ) where ever i go , I also love lemon soaked calamari and even the broccoli served with salmon deserves a lemon bath. The salmon was perfect. Not too cooked and not too much sauce or seasoning. Light fluffy salmon hit the perfect spot after dieing to eat pasta knowing I'm not saposed to have carbs. My mom had tour of Italy which is the best solution for undecided mom. My step dad had the chicken gnocchi which I was jealous of how good it looked. He enjoyed it very much. I had too much salad because the dressing is soo addicting. I literally drank a shot of the dressing its soo good. Most of the serving staff came over to embarrass my mom with the best Birthday sing-a-long which had the whole room singing before the song ended. The level of communication and collaborating between staff was seamless and could easily see how the head manager joy gave consistant guidance and support to the staff as well to customers. She I believe is really wonder woman in disguise and made the Los Angeles California and San Diego locations seem lost and not functioning anywhere near the level of joy's location. She should be used as the template of how the other locations should perform altho I know no one could perform as well as her or alex. THANK YOU soo much to everyone at the Best Olive Garden I ever visited. Wish the Best future to every staff member especially alex and joy, a.k.a. the real Superman and the real Wonder Woman

Strike 2 to an old favorite... I've frequented this location for four years, as I work one block away, and the Zuppa Toscana is my absolute favorite soup of all time. However, two weeks in a row I've encountered very unfriendly employees in the car-side pickup. Last week I was yelled at by the man delivering food to the cars. He told me that I had to move my car (literally one row over) to ORDER my soup and then I had to move it BACK to pick it up. This was obviously not an actual policy and just someone having a bad day and taking it out on me. I confirmed this was not their policy, also. Strike 1. Today I gave it another shot. I ordered my soup ahead of time, gave a description of my vehicle and a pickup time. I parked in the car-side parking and waited. 25 minutes went by. Then a woman came out and scolded me for not calling them to let them know I was there. I tried to show her the email that specifically instructed me to park and wait and NOT to call. She yelled over me and repeated the same sentence that I was supposed to call and let them know I was here. I chose not to argue with her either. I did ask her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. She said Lavonda. She was very hostile. No surprise, my soup was cold and the bread was stale, but there was also no kale in it. I'm wondering what's going on at this location that has all its employees so bent out of shape. I haven't given them the slightest attitude but it seems like I get run over immediately. No smiles, no greetings, just scolded as if I should know THEIR version of the rules, however different from what their website says or their signage instructs. I've let this ruin two lunches for me. I'm done now.

From the time we parked to the time we left, it was only 41 minutes. What does that tell me? Nothing was freshly prepared. I had the chicken gnocchi soup, and my son ordered the chicken Alfredo. We also tried the fried mozzarella squares and the trio of sauces (which I ended up returning, but more on that later). The chicken Alfredo was so old that the sauce had thickened to the consistency of three-day-old gravy. The chicken was rubbery and full of gristle, which my son had to keep spitting out. The chicken gnocchi soup was passable, but the chicken was also rubbery, indicating it wasn't freshly made. The sauce appetizers were terrible. The Alfredo sauce had separated and was grainy, the orange sauce tasted scorched, and the marinara was severely lacking in salt. Our server was excellent, though. If I knew someone who owned a restaurant, I'd advise them to steal him away from Olive Garden. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with this sub-par lunch.

Good food service very slow for a week day and only about 10 customers in there the Host had to page our server 4 times now she look to be the only one working there was 6 or7 other servers in there but i guess she was up next . anyway i wouldnt say anything and she ended up being. A very good server but you are only as good as your as the people working for you if it was 10 to 40 mins it would have been fine but it was. 5:30 5:45 there was maybe 5-6 tables matbe 10-12 people in there and alot of servers standing. Around my friend and i stood there 71 mins other people were coming in for dinner. My friend cant stand long after about 50 mins my friend ask to sit down on one of the little sitting booths they have in the front i said two times can we just sit in the bar she said. Your server is coming right now and they are full and there was maybe 8-9 people in the bar youbg people after work but not full when the server got out there she told the host away from the customer's why did i come up i am on prep work and making tea getting wine on ice. The host said IDK i just pull up what it tells me and you should have replyed faster the server said come with me ladies and told host she would be back the host i think dropped the ball on this but i cant say that she did everything to get a server to seat us but when the server didnt reply the host should have called someone else but i think when the server didnt reply the host was going to make her pay cuz it had went past the proper waiting time even though the server had put on there prep work she was not available and the hostess should have let her finish her cuz I think they text back and forth on those little pagers she just wasn't having it but I have ate there probably I don't know 30 40 times in the last 25 years and they were always good. But not that day.I'm not complaining I just want some feedback I don't think that the server was at fault i think it was the host. Ok if that happens again the host needs to offer seat and a drink. That is to long to stand. Everytime we would start to walk to the bar or a seat the host would say she is coming right here....
