Hale House — Local services in Fort Worth

I will NEVER set foot in this shop again. I had actually heard about it while visiting family in Baton Rouge. My sister and I were shopping and at a cute little boutique chatting with a sales girl when I mentioned I was from Fort Worth she said “you have to check out Hale House”. So, when my sister came to Fort Worth we thought we would give it a try. My daughter, sister and grand daughter all walked in together while I took a phone call outside. I walked in a few moments later. NONE of us were greeted. Not a “hello”, not “welcome in” nothing. My daughter was looking for a dress for an up coming event, my sister some outfits for her daughter’s rush week for LSU and I was along for the ride. Not only did no one offer to assist us but we were watched like hawks as if we were a threat to steal something. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. The store was well staffed and not busy at the time. There were other women who came in and they seemed worthy of a greeting and assistance. So I was left to wonder, was it the car I drove that made me unworthy? The clothes I wore? Would a copy of my husbands recent W2 have been helpful? Needless to say we left and found exactly what we needed at a few other shops and a too many items that we didn’t need but just couldn’t pass up! So if this is the type of place you don’t mind lending your support and money to then go but I will never set foot or spend a dime there. Which I’m sure will break...

I am not one to leave reviews, much less negative ones… so I really hate to even do this. First of all, I have to admit… they have THE CUTEST stuff. But the way the staff treats their customers is not worth spending my money there anymore. The last time my Mom was in town she went & had negative feedback about how she was treated - and today was the 2nd time I’ve been in there & the attitude of the staff was extremely poor & judgy. I was trying to make small talk & be kind & was met with hardly any interaction & not even a smile… it was extremely uncomfortable & it felt like high school mean girls. Which is so sad cause their shop is SO dang cute & their owner looks so adorable & kind on socials. But sadly, it isn’t worth the way the staff treats their paying customers. A smile & a kind spirit never hurt anyone! 🩷✨🤗

I will say. I just had micro-needling done & didn’t have any make up on 😜 so maybe they were judging my appearance? At least that’s how it felt. Regardless, that’s no way to treat people. Just...

I visited their location and was so impressed. Their collection of clothes and accessories were perfectly curated! I found so many things that I loved! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I normally like to online shop. I love the store because I can buy things online or go in store and never be disappointed. Also they have a great Instagram! Visit Hale house you will not be disappointed. I don’t know how anyone could give them anything less...
