As soon as we walked in we were greeted the man was very nice and made sure I was aware of pricing. But the lady that did my manicure and pedicure did a horrible job at cutting and shaping my toes, luckily I shaped my hand nails before we went cause I’m specific about how I want them. She asked if I wanted to cut down my toe nails and I told her yea to make them match as well. I asked her to cut down one of my toe nails after she had cut and file and she tried to tell me that it looked good when it was clearly longer than my other toe nails I had to tell her firmly to please cut it down. We shouldn’t be going back and forth if I noticed my nail size are not matching. She did one foot perfect and did a sloppy job on the other one. The nails on my right foot came out nice and square and the nails on my left foot came out round. I didn’t want to ask her to fix them because she looked frustrated when I asked her to cut down my toenails. When she did my manicure she didn’t clean my cuticles right there’s still some skin you can clearly see she didn’t take off, when she put the top clear coat, she didn’t cover the whole nail and all my nails on my right hand had one red glitter on it from a previous nails polish. When I tried to show her and tell her, she pretended, she didn’t see it and didn’t even offer to fix it by then I was so irritated that I told her I was OK to just leave them like that because I wasn’t about to wait another 20 minutes to get it fixed. I didn’t see her use any new files or buffers or utensils she just rinsed them with water after she did the person before me. They were clearly used before she used them on me. I was in there on March 7 and was there for over 3 hours to get my nails done and a pedicure. Well Kevin done my nails and were rushing. I don't like that. My pedicure was good just took her a long time because she kept stopping going to other people and was waiting on Kevin to fill my big toe nail. I had to go back and wait for Kevin to redo my big toe because it was shorter than the other big toe and it looked liked it needed a filling and just got it done. Very overpriced. Got a simple matte pink set. They were coffin shaped and I asked for my pinky to be stiletto. When it was time to pay she said 60$ I asked her why it was so much and she didn’t say. She just said “okay 5 dollars off 55$” and right before me a younger girl got a coffin set for 35$. Not sure why they charged 55$ for a set with no designs at all, no jewels and all one color.
