Pappa Chang Asia Bistro — Restaurant in Fort Worth

UPDATE: 16 Jan 17 - Third time was a charm. Wife really wanted Lomein the other night and loves their's. She ordered for home delivery and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I raised the review to 3 stars.

Very frustrating to pay $40 for lunch for 2 people and it turn out like this. The food is good but it is probably better when it is hot...and the correct items. It took 1.5 hours to get to us...mind you we work downtown Fort Worth with pretty easy access from Pappa Changs. It took 1 hour the last time we ordered from there. We figured it was a fluke and thought we'd give it another try....never again. The food was warm at best and my co-worker's was wrong...missing the steamed rice. I get the "lunch hour" thing...but 1.5 hours from about 10 minutes away? Sad. Had I not pre-paid using PayPal...I would've refused the order. I will not be doing this again nor will I be recommending. Too bad since the food is tasty. I can drive over Pho Hung on Belknap, eat and be back at work in less...

First time we ate here we both loved it. I had the Udon noodles and the bf has Sezchuan beef. Crab Rangoon was awesome and the miso soup and egg drop soup amazing. Today I ordered mushroom beef and chicken teriyaki. The chicken teriyaki was the weirdest Ive ever had, its white meat chicken and very dry but thats just me. I hate white meat. The beef was a bit tough too. Mushrooms tasted dirty :/ they weren't rinsed. Rice was good. I Also got the chicken wonton and that chicken was also extremely dry and overcooked. I didn't eat my dinner. BF is gonna have a nice meal for tomorrow when he wakes up lol I still give them 4 stars because it's not that the food wasnt good the second time. Just wasn't my taste I think. I'll still order again. Also the Bobba teas and other drinks...

If I could give it less than one star, I would! Disgusting. I had the Sesame chicken, and when I called to complain that the food didn't taste right... the manager was VERY rude. He told me he wouldn't credit me unless I personally came down and returned his nasty food. I had this delivered to my place of work because I do not have time to come in person. I will never order from this place ever again, and neither will anyone from the County once I'm through telling everyone. The chicken is funky and management is RUDE. I will happily take my business elsewhere, where the money is...
