Sadly, I am no longer going to patronize this store, I'll just head over to Arlington to satisfy my habitat cravings. The prices on stuff here have gotten crazy on so many things, up until yesterday I still frequented this place sometimes as often as daily since moving in a few blocks away, over the years I have spent SOOO much money here it would likely cause a divorce if my husband knew about my habitat habit. Well, yesterday I went in and found 4 mirrors obviously all by the same maker, the largest was priced at 25$, the medium size was 15$ and the smallest two were not priced. At the counter I asked the manager what the prices were she told me 5$ for the small square and 10$ for the small round one, the bargain hunter in me balked at seeming random discrepancy in pricing and turned my back on the circle. It haunted me all night, so I returned today, I had decided to get the "expensive" 25$ one as well as the round one if fate allowed, well sadly, the "expensive" one was gone and now the small round one has 20$ written on it (and what's up with writing on everything with a dang black sharpie directly?! I still haven't figured out how to remove that from some stuff.). I took it to the counter and was happy to see the manager at the register again, I asked her to give it to me for the price she had quoted me less than 24 hrs before.. It's only like a 10" circle lol.. she flatly refused. She has on more than one occasion, raised the price on me when I return to get something after thinking on it.

Read moreI just left this store in Ft Worth on River Oaks and I know they do not care of what happen. Do not come here! I came out from the Dallas area only for this store to treat me wrong. I found an item in the back in a pile of stuff. It did not have a price so I told the lady I was buying it and if they could take to the front. As I continue to shop and was getting ready to pay. The cashier said this was already sold but my manger said they for got to put a sold tag. Then the guy that Supposedly Had bought it was a correctional officer that was inside the store. That was there watching some of the volunteers. He came over and said sorry I got that earlier. If that was the case why was it in back with stuff on top with no price or tags that said sold. Because he got a favor from management that is not right at all. I saw the cashier and him laughing as I Approach to get ready to pay. Director Mr. Cody Hamilton and Manger Mariah Kurtz this is not right ! No one should be doing favors just because of who they are. I am so disappointment with this behavior. I am only one customer so I know you all do not care but as a manager my self I would never do this...
