Fortville American Legion Post 391 — Local services in Fortville

My fiance and I are looking for a place to camp and a veteran friend of mine recommended the American Legion Fortville Park post 391. I wasn't exactly sure how to pay for camp and the manager there was extremely helpful and had us come by the post station to pay. Not only are their prices normally are affordable and reasonable but the people there are so helpful and so considerate, as a collective, not only gave us a fun and clean place to camp with amenities but has some of the nicest folks we've ever met. The nice people there really helped improved our night and made us feel incredibly welcome. They help restore our faith in humanity when we were down on our luck. As a veteran, I believe, that these are the real soldiers that never get recognized and that actually care about not only their brothers in arms but the citizens they swore to protect.
