Arrived at 2:30PM. Checked in 3 times….just for the 1st guy to say they were very busy so it would be a little while (that’s cool, at least you told me) but then the 2nd guy (after checking back in after 11 hours) said the 1st guy didn’t tell him I was even here. They both wrote my phone number down to call me. After 17 hours, I went back again only for the 3rd guy to tell me he was “looking for me” and asked for my number. When he pulled out the paper he had for the order, my number was right on it with my name 😑😑. He said they weren’t pulling the order because they didn’t think I was here….and this was my first experience with them… I love first impressions...

Hi everyone! As a team, we drove non-stop for about 20 hours to be here before 16:00, just to learn that nobody opens the door, nobody answers the phone, and nobody cares 'bout drivers. This place is confusing; one door's sign leads to another door that leads you to another door and so on... While we were looking for the proper receiving door for nearly 40 minutes, the receiving hours and a facility shut down and we had to wait till morning. Worst experience ever! Tried to check in 3 times. Appointment was for 4am. Tried to check on time kept telling me the receiver wasn't in yet. Was already in a dock door.
