Today I came to your store in Bradford hoping to buy a new phone with better specs.

I was greeted and provided service by Tina N.

Well, Tina was the best! She was polite, helpful, attentive, patient and cheerful. She answered my questions in a thorough and professional manner. She  expertly guided me through the process of buying a new phone, buying accessories, and transferring data from my old phone to my new phone.

Given the high number of COVID-19 cases in McKean County recently, I was grateful that Tina remained professionally masked throughout my time with her.

Because of Tina's expertise and professionalism, I was able to determine  what I needed, and bought it with no frustration or stress whatsoever.

Will keep going to the Verizon store in Olean since this place is worthless. Ordered two phones, one wasn’t even the correct color. Why would a man want a purple phone? Then told us we weren’t not allowed to switch the phone to a different color. Plus the charger block was $45. No thanks. Also, we were told we would get an Apple Watch and tablet deal as well with our phones about two hours before we picked our phones up, we already chose the tablet and watch we wanted. But we get into the store and some blond lady on the other side of the store says “the deal expired”. Ok then maybe don’t offer that deal then? Or apologize atleast? Megan Panighetti deserves 5 stars for ALWAYS going above & beyond for her customers! She has been like this ever since, I've known her. If you're not happy or satisfied with something, she is not either until something works out! She will follow up with you to see how you like your phone & service, I had to leave Verizon for Straight Talk/Verizon, when I had questions, Megan was there to help me out. She knows her stuff inside & out, if she does not know a question, she will ask to get you the answer that you need! She will even stay in the store after hours to help you & even on her days off!
