Very rarely do I go inside (usually use drive thru). Went inside to buy donuts (for my coworkers). Asked worker for 2 dozen assorted donuts. He LITERALLY rolled his eyes and sighed. This happened around 630am on a Sunday. So there were NO other customers. And the display case clearly showed that they had made more than enough product to spare. The bins were literally overflowing with baked goods. Worker asked me if I wanted to pick out donuts. I jokingly replied that if my coworkers didn't like them that they don't need to eat them. He audibly sighed AGAIN. I noticed he only chose donuts from shelves that didn't require him to bend down. So I only got ONE filled donut, couple glazed like donuts and the rest were plain (blueberry, plain, etc). Pretty sure I'll just stick with drive thru. The workers for that part, are a lot more cheery (even if they're paid to be lol). And never audibly sighed about giving me assorted Timbits with my coffee. Well, not yet...
Read moreI ordered three items on the app for pickup on Saturday 11/30 and when I arrived to pick up my order I was told that unfortunately they couldn’t make any of my order as they were out of the ingredients to make them (this same thing happened two weeks prior when I went to the drive thru and they were out of espresso beans). The items I ordered were specialty items and there wasn’t anything else we would have wanted that was of equal value so I asked for a refund. I was then told that the store couldn’t issue a refund as one item was discounted as part of a rewards program they have. I contacted customer service online and after a few emails back and forth I was told the store was the only one who could refund my money and recommended I go back to the store for resolution. Neither party wants to take responsibility and now I’m at the mercy of my bank to dispute the charge. From now on I’ll be ordering...
Read moreOverall loved the food. Really yummy. But the customer service on the other hand was intolerable. The attitudes were disrespectful. You could tell no one was fond of their job. You can expect long lines and wait times both in the drive through and inside. I accidently said a Frappuccino and I got a snied response "ma'am this ain't McDonald's". I think she thought she was funny but I found that to be ignorant. We went to McDonald's for their breakfast after several rude experiences at Tim Hortons and their customer service blew Tim Hortons customer rapport out of the water.
