Aldi is German-owned & well worth one walk-thru to get an idea of the choices of items & brands I've not seen in other stores. This is a no frills, discount grocery/bargain store chain. I cook alot & have added Aldi to my list of three other grocery stores that I routinely visit. I've been shopping here 1-2 times a month for the past year. This store differs in that some products come & go. Other products may run out quickly due to fantastic prices, as listed in their ads & flyers. I found a ridiculously priced bone broth, bought 2 jars to try, loved it, returned to buy half a dozen, but haven't seen it for 5 months. I found many goodies...produce of the highest quality, excellent jarred artichoke hearts (one marinated, one plain), quality sliced sandwich/deli ham & turkey in zip-loc bags, German chocolate, fresh tilapia, ground chicken & turkey, the most reasonably priced snacks (chips, pretzels, cheese curls, crackers, the best roasted salted almonds I've ever had), bread, tortillas, & so forth. The frozen food section always has different items when I visit...pizzas, flatbread, veggies, spaetzle, toasted raviolis, stir fries, pasta dinners, veggie combos. They also have sections w/housewares, child needs, wines, seasonal items. Check-out options are self-serve or not. If you have difficulty w/self-serve, staff promptly come to your aid...might be a checker, might be a stocker! ALL STAFF are helpful, polite, keep busy restocking, stop to take you to an item you can't find, or explain that tomorrow's truck may deliver more of those items that have run out. You'll find German made goodies throughout the store. Bring a large shopping bag, if you don't want to pay 25 cents for a cart or buy their paper bags. ...

The CVS right there is also nice. Now if only that CVS was ALSO 24 hours, then we'd really have a 3 for 3 / 5 star super convenient mini shopping center. I work odd hours and so places that are open late or all night, are more suitable for me.. But very convenient area overall....

Staff is kinda sparse sometimes but they don't have those low prices for no reason and if being thrifty is your objective and you know what you need this is your...
