In the delightful realm of culinary excellence, I recently embarked on a gastronomic journey at a Bosnian gem that transcends mere dining – it's an epicurean odyssey. This establishment, a paragon of culinary artistry, effortlessly combines tradition and innovation, delighting palates with the symphony of flavors inherent in Bosnian cuisine.
The pièce de résistance, the ćevapi and pljeskavica, are nothing short of ambrosial masterpieces. Each succulent morsel, a testament to ethically sourced ingredients and a commitment to organic excellence. It's as if the very essence of Bosnia dances on the taste buds, weaving a narrative of authenticity and culinary finesse.
The provenance of each ingredient is meticulously curated, a culinary ballet where ethical choices and gastronomic delight perform in harmonious unison. The commitment to sourcing ingredients responsibly elevates this dining experience to a level of conscientious indulgence rarely encountered.
As I savored the delectable offerings, it became apparent that this establishment is not merely a restaurant; it's a sanctuary for those who appreciate the marriage of tradition and sustainability. The ambiance, the service, and the ethically conscious culinary journey – all seamlessly orchestrated, creating an unforgettable symphony of taste and refinement.
In a world where culinary experiences often verge on the mundane, this Bosnian haven stands as a testament to the extraordinary. My palate applauds, and my soul savors the lingering echoes of a truly exceptional...
Read moreThe Food is great, the employee's are wonderful, but the Boss/Manager, he seems to be a very rude person, I went in a few times and I actually heard how he talks to his employees, I felt sorry for them, they we're working so hard and he just be little them and it was not very professional. Because of that, I only go in to get pizza when he does not work, at one point, I almost chose to not go anymore, which I am still thinking about, but I did inform friends, family, and other business people I deal with, as a warning, if you want good pizza, you might have go at a time when the Boss/Manager is not there, he is not a approachable person and when you are enter a business you should be able to approach anyone. I pray for the employees, he is lucky to have them and hopefully in time his attitude will get better. I am a business owner and you have to treat your people fair and good, you treat them bad and you won't have employee's or a company. You treat them good and work with them, they will work hard for you, he is young and it seems like this is his first job or in a position that he has control, has a lot of growing up to do. I gave a big thank you to his employee's that day and every time I have been in, they work very hard and its sad to see that, keep up the great pizza and hopefully things will get better...

Now that I’m back home in California, I find myself constantly searching for the dishes that remind me of my “other” home. I was so delighted to find this place and see see “Bosnian Entrees” on the menu. Cevapi and Burek are not easy to come by in Orange County.
If I could I would have ordered a bit of everything but being that I was alone I could only order the small Cevapi. Even then, I struggles to finish everything because it was very hearty. The meat was moist and juicy and flavorful. The bread was crispy outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
I definitely will return to try their burek in the future. For now, my cravings are definitely met.
Oh and the service was also great! The gentleman who assisted me was very patient...
