I went here yesterday and had a terrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent. You need to work hard to give them money and then you will regret it.
Normally there is a hostess at restaurants. Not here. I walked in and waited, no one at the front tables or cash register, no one came up to me. I wander around and asked for a table and they told me they were full and i needed a reservation. The place was 2/3 full, pretty strange they wouldn't have enough servers for a holiday. The person said he would ask their manager or something to see if they could get us seated. Never saw them again.
I tried ordering takeout, and the person bounced me over to someone else. I order for my family. I order an entrana which is a stake sandwich. The lady rattles off our order really quickly in an accent. Sounds right I guess, she said entrana. I wait outside for the 20 minutes they said for our food. After that, shoot it took me another 5 minutes to get someone's attention to find out if my food is ready. This is when I realize they screwed up my order. I asked for the entrana and pointed at the sandwich menu, but the lady instead ordered me an entrana camblache which is just a steak and is $29! For reference the sandwich was suppose to be $17. I think whatever, I won't let you ruin mothers day any further and they don't seem to care at all about customer service so I'm not going to make a fuss, I like steak after all. Take my food home which is a 5 minute drive
The steak was cold and mostly tasteless. The chimicurri was disgusting, literally the worst I've ever had. Tastes just like oil and that's it, no other flavors what so ever. Not exactly a rave review for a $30 lunch! Could have made a better meal at home myself. I will never...

6/19/22: Long over due kudos to Ben who provides such great service with his awesome smile, warm charisma and sweet attitude towards clients. He is a a busy taking care of several tables and making sure we all get seated properly, have the yummy bread and drinks. He seems to have the great potential to be a server. Kudos to Ben!!!
Went in today, food was delicious, as always, and since Jocelyn left to continue her education, we came across a new server who provided us a great experience; her name is Lorena. Keep up the good work!! It sounded like she just started.
Update: 11/14/2021-- Jocelynn and Myrka provide outstanding customer service. We always have an excellent customer experience each time we are here -- 5 stars out of 5. They make us feel at home. We drive from far..very far away for their delicious food and great service. Kudos to both!!!!!! We observe that their excellent treatment is the same for everybody. They are a great asset for the owner!!!!!

Read moreWe were a party of 6 on Saturday night with no reservation, so we expected somewhat of a wait upon arrival. There was another party of 8 also waiting at the bar, and it seemed as though they had gotten there about 15 minutes before us.
The main problem was there were a lot of empty tables, but it seemed as though either other tables had been seated in a way that accommodations for larger groups were not possible with configurations of smaller tables or something, because after an hour's wait for the party before us, they got tired and left, and then we left after another 10 minutes as we were told that it would probably be another 20 minutes after that. The worst part was that there was a 7:30pm reservation for a party of 10 at a large table in the front, but they were late or we're no-shows by 7:45 and the table wasn't given to the party of 8 before us.
