Just over a week ago my lady and I stopped in for dinner and had a terrific time. There were a lot of changes made in spite of the previous establishment. With that being said, manager Emily and her staff are GEARED towards the customer experience. In the evening, with about a dozen tables filled, there was room for conversation—without yelling. Our food came out in a timely manner and without breaking the bank. To start we had the fried mushrooms, which were later confirmed to be frozen. We ordered a burger that was beautifully cooked as well as a pasta dish with grilled chicken. After our meal, Emily told us how hard they’ve been working to produce fresh food that will be there to stay. She offered us fried mushrooms—from scratch that blew us away. Was so excited to try the new restaurant part of this as the previous locations had subpar food and this was also the same. Came in for a beer, salad and hamburger during happy hour on a Friday. Beer is supposed to be $1 off and we never got that discount. The beer is also flat as ever (the Co2 has always had issues here and it’s no different).There’s absolutely no bubbles in it (coors light) I ordered an Elizabeth salad that is supposed to have beef tips on it. It came with no meat at all. When I asked if I had ordered the wrong thing she stated I hadn’t and would ask the kitchen for the meat. Instead of beef tips I received a cut up hamburger. Not the same thing as beef tips. Fries we received were so salty we couldn’t eat them. I’ve heard good reviews so pretty disappointed we saw no difference from prior bars here at same location.Would definitely give it another chance but don’t order...
