My fiance gave me my custom ring made here. We were engaged on 5/16/2021 but on 4/18/2022 I lost my center stone from it. :( Our wedding is upcoming in August and I was freaking out about not having a ring anymore. I contacted Maury about losing our ring's sapphire and he quickly got to work sourcing new stones and making a meeting with me.

Although our homeowners insurance refused to cover the cost of the lost sapphire center stone, Maury only charged us the price of the new stone in order to install it in my ring for our upcoming wedding. Also, he generously covers the pavé set diamonds if those happen to fall out within the first year, but mine were very sturdy set. :)

Now that I got my ring back, I will continue being very careful with it. I'm not sure how the sapphire fell out since I only wear it on weekends and days off work (and have always tried to be extremely gentle and cautious with it when wearing it) but I must have knocked it against something somehow and caused the stone to fall out or weaken within its setting. I also don't want to put in another center stone due to something like this GOD-FORBID happening again in the future... I don't think I have that in me emotionally, and I guess my ring doesn't have that in it either LOL since I was told in my appointment that re-setting stones weakens the setting and doing so again could make it not durable. So I will continue to wear a cheap wedding band day-to-day and wear my beautiful engagement ring only on weekends and special occasions while paying more attention to being gentle, especially since it looks so dainty and photographs so stunningly. :)

Maury is simply the best at what he does. And what he does is take the time to build a relationship with you so he can be sure to provide you the highest level of individualized service. My girlfriend and I were able to discuss the general ideas of what we she wanted from an engagement ring, from size to shape to color to budget. From there, Maury helped narrow our focus, little by little, until we discovered the perfect ring! Maury never put any pressure on us to go in a particular direction; rather, he did what great service-minded sales people do, which was to listen to what we wanted, and found the best way to get it. The ring we selected was absolutely perfect, and ultimately that was because of Maury, and his desire to help us discover the best ring for us! Maury was GRRREAT!! I was looking for someone to help me through the engagement ring process. I had looked at the "bargain" websites, found a setting I knew she would like at one, found diamond prices I liked at another, but then who would I have set the diamond? A friend recommended Maury to me, so I gave him a call. After talking on the phone and sending Maury an email with examples of the style my bride would like, we met at his office and he had narrowed down the selection available to him (appeared to be thousands of nuanced styles) to ~60 ring settings in the range of style I described.
