OK, So I have been to a few salons in town and I wanted to try this place because yelp gave it extremely good review. When I arrived they were extremely friendly and the salon was clean. At first when she started doing my nails I told her that I loved them before because at first the shape looked like the shape that I wanted and then when she started to do the shellac the shellac came on extremely thick and when she was finished my nails they were somewhat nice And then when I further looked at my nails when I had left I was no longer liking how they looked. My nails were extremely clumpy and then I realized that the shape of my nails were not even and looked like I needed more assistance. I ended up going to another salon to see if they were able to reshape and re-polish my nails. Per the other salons review on how my nails looked she was shocked that I paid $51 for a full set. And I’ll have you know when I first arrived i asked how much a full set would be, she told me it would be $48 and then about 10 to 15 minutes later she told me it would be $50. She had changed her mind on the price twice and I didn’t realize what she had said until I was finished with my nails and went to check out. Fast forward to later in the evening I called back the salon that I originally went to too get a full set. I had spoke with the owner who had originally put the full set on me and asked if she could refund me about $20-$25 dollars. She said No because it would be unfair to her. I will never recommend anyone to this salon. I was not trying to be rude or disrespectful, I was just trying to be respected as a customer who had a BIG issue...

I have had my nails done at this shop about three times. The first time I got my nails done, I got a full set put on and there was a little lifting and dirt got trapped in between the acrylic and my nails. I set an appointment to come back in two weeks, I mentioned on the phone that I wanted to soak the nails off and get a new set put on. When I arrived I was told to take a seat because my nail tech was finishing up another client. Once I got to the nail techs station I was told that there was not enough time to soak the nails off and that I need to remind them when I walked in that I wanted to soak my acrylics off. Long story short, I ended up with new acrylic over the dirt and old acrylic on my nails. At the next appointment I inspected my nails as they were being done to make sure that the acrylic was on the entire nail and was told "I'm not finished yet," and that looking at your nails in the middle of the service "drives nail techs crazy". Also I like extremely square nails, I never left with the shape I wanted. I will not be going back. I had initially written a review after my first appointment (at the request of the nail tech) that was five stars but I don't believe that was an accurate description of my experience so I am revising. Having said all of that, the salon is in a nice area, and the techs are generally nice. You can pay with a card for an additional fee and tips are requested in cash...which was another...

Im happy for my nails the lady make it is the one wearing the glasses, i didn’t read any reviews before coming here I just remember it’s near in my hotel Im staying.

I have a very short nails and making it longer is hard for me, and since I wanna try having long nails this my first time doing deep powder, I choose the pinkish natural look, I forget the number of the powder but the cost is 50usd, I request to put a white tip add cost of 10usd I pay 60usd. I don’t mind cause Im happy and i really like it, Im just hoping it will stay for weeks as they said.

The only thing is I had my ring finger bleeding for scrubbing the nails and hit my skin see in the pictures but she’s apologized , I can put ointment on it and I still give her 25usd tip.

I usually spend 200 bucks for my nails in NC so I guess this one is great prices.

Place is nice, the lady greet me is sweet.

Not busy during afternoon on Tuesday.

Parking is available but if your around the area walking is easy very near in CVS and Starbucks.

Now I can enjoyed a lady look like hand than my short little girl nails...
