I was a bit nervous coming into this store to try on my first Rolex. Luckily I read some of these reviews and was happy to be greeted by everyone's favorite Gemologist, Denise. She was incredibly nice, I never felt rushed or pressured into buying something. Even though they had other customers coming in and basically no inventory to sell me, just displays. Denise took the time to show me several pieces (Explorer 1, Sub w/ date, & Datejust?), and answer questions in detail. 3+ years ago I bought my first Swiss watch, an Omega 300 Chronograph and called BB to resize, they said no & directed me to Jared Jewelers (Omega AD, at the time), and they in turn directed me to Tucson Mall. Denise told me this is not a BB's policy & they've always sized watches for free and I must have gotten a new person. This info was given to me after I asked her to resize my Omega today. I was expecting $20-$40 charge. That's when she explained their policy. Amazing! She put me down on the waiting list and told me to email her to let her know I'm still interested since only a few watches a year come to that store. She asked if I wanted a brochure and I declined, but handed me a Rolex book (not a brochure). Customer service was perfect.
042624: Fast forward to today and I received my grail watch the Explorer II! Almost 6 months to the day I met Denise. I never thought I'd be in the position to afford, then obtain a Rolex from an AD. I remember Denise telling me back in Oct 2023 to be patient, and email her occasionally to remind her I'm still interested. She always promptly responded to my emails. Also, a pleasant surprise that sales tax at La Encantada is lower than Tucson...whhhat? I seriously recommend shopping there & asking for Denise. Their staff is so welcoming, unlike the stories you hear on the internet about Rolex ADs. I attribute this to Ben Bridge's work culture, but also Denise's management. Thank you again. She also gave me another Rolex book :)

Read moreBrought my Carl F. Bucherer watch in today for a band change which should be a simple process. I stood there for almost 20 minutes without being helped. Finally Susan came over to ask what was needed. I showed her the band and explained what should be done.
I proceeded to stand there for another 20 minutes waiting for her to come back. She finally came out without the band attached and stated the spring bar is now missing. She stated they would need to send into watch maker to check if they had one which would take around 4 weeks. She was told I shouldn't have to wait for weeks without my watch because of her screw up. She then stated well maybe I shouldn't have accommodated you. Not even a sorry was given only that she shouldn't have helped me.
At this point the other employees have noticed the situation and find the missing pin under a fan almost 15 minutes later. At this point is when I finally received a very weak I'm sorry this happened. Which is completely unacceptable given what clientele this place is serving.
After 1 hour and 15 minutes I'm walking out with no band attached and can visibly tell the women doesn't care. I'll never be back and will share this encounter with every person that will hear it. I sincerely hope you get...

I came into contact with this culture of excellence most recently yesterday, during the purchase of a long sought after Rolex watch.
