Every time I shop here the sales person gets something wrong. Once I ordered stuff online and when I picked them up they didn’t note that they had been picked up so the next time i ordered something online i called to check if I had received it because i haden’t received the “your order is ready for pick up” email. They told me they didn’t have an order for me but that they had one waiting for me to pick up and they described to me what the order was and I told them I had already picked that up. When I finally went in to pick up another order i placed through the phone they couldn’t locate my items because they were under a complete different name and address. Not even close to my name and also a different city in Arizona. And finally when they gave me my stuff they told me to please sign the receipt to make sure I picked it up “this time.” First of all, No one asked me to sign anything when I picked up my first order online and second of all that’s not my fault. When they corrected my name and address they didn’t even seem to care about their huge mistake, how can you place an order with everything wrong? Another time I ordered curtains and the sales person didn’t ask me which ones I wanted, she ordered whatever she thought I wanted and called me an hour later to tell me she was “reviewing” my order and wanted to know which curtains I wanted. Unbelievable. She also couldn’t stop the first order from shipping so I had to go to the store to return those before I got the ones I actually wanted. Third time I went to order two more curtains and I specifically said I needed 84” and when I got them in the mail I received the 108”!! What is wrong with these people? I have received better customer service at other retail stores. I also returned a pan once that I didn’t like and when I walked in the lady told me to go to the kitchen department to get my 70 something “or whatever” I spent on the pan!! I spent $170 for that pan!!
I love what crate has to offer in the store but I don’t know if I want to keep shopping here. I’m sitting down in my living room so disappointed that I have to go to the store to return these curtains because they didn’t send me...

I was fortunate enough to meet one of their very friendly and welcoming crewmembers (Lana,) who took the time to walk me through not only the selection process of styles and designs, but also how they would best complement our new home.
Lana took the time to ensure that we would also receive the maximum benefit (rewards dollars,) from the recent Labor Day sale. After doing our homework and making sure that every piece we had selected was just right for our home, we were able to place the order over the phone with Lana.
She made the ordering process seamless and FUN ! She is a great teacher! These are quality pieces that we will likely only buy one time for our forever home. Thanks to Lana and her team, we will be receiving a significant amount of rewards dollars that we can’t wait to come back to the store and continue to build and create that WARM FUZZY FALL FEELING Lana and her team were amazing !!...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Visited this store 3 times before making a purchase. Each time was for about an hour. No one cared to greet me or ask if I needed any help. Not sure if it was because I don't look like the rest of the customers in there. I even brought my item up to the register, one employee just completed a purchase and went to go help a customer load items into her car and the other employee looked me in the eye and walked away from behind the counter. She could have told me I would be assisted asap, but she just looked at me and went back to what she was doing which I guess was more important than a customer. So I walked around to the other cashier. Another cashier was watching me make my purchase as if I did not belong in there making that purchase. I have been wanting the item for a while now.
