The Crowe’s Nest of Tubac — Local services in Four Corners States

My uncle shopped here for a hat, found one he liked the looks of and went online to check reviews for that item. While he was looking at his phone the - we are assuming it was the owner, he never introduced himself - came running over and gave him a hard time for “checking prices online” and started verbally abusing my uncle!!! He ended up getting kicked out of the store, never having experience rudeness at this scale. My uncle complained about his vulgar tirade and the owner’s reply was “and what are you going to do about it?” So I am helping him write this review! everyone now knows what to expect and can avoid a horrible abusive experience... I would have listed this as negative stars...

For all these years I thought this was a hat place and I’ve purchased a couple. In the last month I’ve realized the women’s clothing line and dresses and tops are wonderful. I especially love that they carry the Jess and Jane line. I had a little Glitch with a return that was handled with the utmost customer service courtesy, despite my mix up.
