Horrible, nasty, and rude service. I waited 6 weeks to follow up on a stated 3-week wedding ring repair and was told it would be ready the net day. I live locally. One week later I called again. Vince, the owner, proceeded to berate and disrespectfully scream at me on the phone at how busy he is and has “hundreds of repairs” and that I “am not his only customer”. He hung up on me before I could tell him he didn’t have to worry about me as a customer anymore. His jewelry is excessively overpriced also. There are much better authentic gem and Native American jewelry stores to purchase from in the Tubac Village than here: Presidio Traders, Lone Mountain Turquoise. Visited this jeweler and watched a live painter and was truly amazed! The beauty of the painting being created right in front of us was truly a gift from GOD. What talent this man has and his grace to speak to us and discuss his process was so appreciated. My friend was so taken by his art she purchased a painting of a wild cat.
