Horrible, nasty, and rude service. I waited 6 weeks to follow up on a stated 3-week wedding ring repair and was told it would be ready the net day. I live locally. One week later I called again. Vince, the owner, proceeded to berate and disrespectfully scream at me on the phone at how busy he is and has “hundreds of repairs” and that I “am not his only customer”. He hung up on me before I could tell him he didn’t have to worry about me as a customer anymore. His jewelry is excessively overpriced also.
