Couches are nice but they are VERY unprofessional! They told me my ottoman would be here 1 month after purchase, it didn’t get here until 3 months after purchase. The real issue is they never called, never said anything, and wasn’t receptive to any of my calls the whole time. I had to go up there yesterday and first they told me it can fit in my car as if my pregnant self can take it up the stairs and they know this because I also brought a sofa and loveseat from them that they also had to delivered. I told them no, because I can’t get it up the stairs! They then told me it would be delivered tomorrow (which is today) but never gave a time and ofcorse they didn’t contact me to give me a time. When I called, they didn’t answer any of my calls so I had my cousin call from her number, they answer and as soon as I told them who I was, they hung up. My cousin and I called back and we spoke with Pierre himself and he was VERY RUDE and nasty and hung up in my face!!! They did end up bringing the ottoman 20 mins after the call but they are very unprofessional! I’m not even that happy with the ottoman it self like I was with the couches. Upon inspection, this is what I noticed… one side is okay and the other side...

Came in today with my mother in law and grandmother in law. My grandmother in law pursued a recliner chair yesterday evening and after taking it home, we came to the realization that it wasn’t the best fit for her needs. We had no hassle with bringing it back and exchanging it, which is always refreshing!! We dealt with Robert who was extremely helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the furniture. Robert went above and beyond while explaining and answering any questions that he was asked in regards to the recliner. It really is a rarity that you find someone who is genuinely pleasant and passionate about their work. Thank you for making our experience at Pierre’s such a painless and wonderful...

With these types of places it always feels like hit or miss. Will it be a good product? Will the price be fair? How difficult will it be to get the furniture to my house? Pierre and his crew worked hard to insure that I knew my options for my budget, got a really fair deal, and receive my furniture EXACTLY when he told me it'd be brought out. There was only one manufacturer delay (not his fault) and he let me know about it up front. Free delivery and removed my old furniture to boot! This was the best set of transactions (2 in total - couch&chair, and then queen bed&bunk beds) that I could possibly hope for. Would recommend Pierre's with enough enthusiasm that it probably comes across like a sales pitch......
