First time visiting this month. They've been in business for 10yrs. The spa staff are pleasant, professional, and friendly, and they did a nice job! I received a leg, foot, and neck/shoulder massage in addition to the chair (which is optional to turn on). I also got a pedicure and manicure. This spa focuses on reflexology, which is something most nail places do not offer, and is a bonus when you are getting a massage. Appointments are required. Beware of the sign of 20% tip being added to your credit card if you are paying by credit, including your tip. It would be best to leave a cash tip. Very friendly staff and the vendors are only too happy to suggest things from their booths. Vendors are also, attentive to really listen to what you are saying and based on the information you give them they are able to provide that extra service of exceeding your expectations. The sampling of their items are very well received, since you will definitely know what you will be buying. It makes for that extra gracious Hospitality they are known for.
