Second experience, not so great. BUYER BEWARE!!! Of course all sales are final, but I admit that I got tricked. My suggestion is that you don't ask to have any display opened for something unless you know you want it. I was sold on a couple of coins that I wasn't really sure on the authenticity of. With absoulety no phone service in the store to do any research, I asked about them and was told buy an employee that they were real and that they have sold a numerous amount of them today. I asked if he personally knew the person that was selling the items. He answered by saying that he knew that they are legitimate. So I went ahead and purchased the items, went to leave, and then I saw it. I went outside and pulled up google to confirm that the items with this specific marking made it a fake. I went back into the store knowing that all sales were final, but wanted to let them know that these items are being labled and sold as legitimate products but are fake. I was told that I was probably wrong and couldn't prove it and all sales are final anyways. They didn't even acknowledge the possibility of my claim that they are allowing people to sell fake items. Even after showing them how I knew they are fake they said that they were not going to do anything about it. I've shopped here twice already. I had a great first experience. The building is very neat and clean, and they don't have any cluttered booths. Easy and fun to explore and find neat things I should have known better than to have bought the items, but they knew/know they sold me fake items as real ones and didn't care. I am going to an expert tomorrow for them to tell me what I already know. I will post back with...
Read moreCall the store the employee gave me the owners number to text her pictures of a coin set I was selling and a single coin I was selling. Well aware of the retail value of the coins I low-balled myself and asked for 25 percent less than that allowing the store for a 25% profit window. Was contacted by text from the owner and told no because I was asking retail price. I then informed her (Jodi Sutherland) that no in fact I had gone 25% under retail allowing her a 25 percent profit window and did not appreciate being lied to. Thought this was the end of it but she bothered texting me back with an attitude telling me never to contact her again. Buyer beware warning here... She's looking for rubes not customers. Really disappointed small town thought might find honesty in sales but no. The information I received was from your employee on the phone if she misrepresented you or anybody at that location by name not my fault I don't care who the owner is the point is I got lied to even when I was being nice and allowing the profit window your response is simply trying to save face for your customers so you don't get a bad review not going to happen staying up while people know it's the truth...
Read moreWent there for the first time today (April 14, 2024) and oh my goodness!!! I absolutely loved it. They have you lock up your purse in lockers with a key you keep while shopping and that to me is a major plus. The place was very well laid out and very clean. Absolutely so much stuff to look at and it was not all packed in tightly like some places, so you could actually look at the items. I love to sew, so I tool a few pictures of things I found interesting. The prices is very reasonable for the antiques. Another thing I loved about the place is they will hold any item for you at the check out desk and give you a number ticket so when your done you give them your ticket and they will grab all items for your purchase. The shopping experience was very pleasant. They have employees walking around the shop constantly to help you and will take any items up to the front for you as well to hold them for you while you keep shopping!!! I strongly recommend this place. Lots of antique glass to so if you have young children that like to grab please keep them close by you. If you break it you buy...
