Harbor Freight — Local services in Franklin

Was nice when this store opened, but I just had to leave due to their terrible service. I walked up to the line at the registers, there were two people behind the registers and one customer there. Immediately as I walked up one of the two employees left to go do something else so I went back to the "wait here" sign and waited while the one employee behind the counter jibber jabbered with the customer for about 6 minutes while he was checking out with only a couple of items as far as I could tell. During that time someone with a couple of tool sets walked into the exit side of the counters and put them at a different register. When the employee helping the customer got done he went over to the person who was not waiting in line so that he could help that person instead of helping the person who had been waiting...

I had called Habor Freight about a propane heater. It's website said it had in stocks. They said there was only one left. So I asked them to hold it for me. I was on my way to pick it up. When I arrived I was happy to see that they had pulled it from the floor. Had it upfront, waiting for me. That's the only Harbor Freight store around that had one in stock. I was so glad to finally get my hands on one. The employees at this store were so friendly. The employee I dealt with made sure I got all the discounts on the heater. Nice big clean quiet store. I usually goto west allis location but their always out of stock with everything I need past 3-4times so I end up going here. Friendly & quick to help employees for both places but hales corners always has what I need in stock so I'm starting to lean towards planning to just drive a little further 1st time around for an almost guaranteed in...
