Cool place! But expensive! I will say did see a lot of people walking around to clean. That was nice. I’d like to say this would be a great rainy day or cold weather place to go but not for this price. Maybe a yearly thing. $16.99 seems sufficient for all ages… but $24?? Nice if you only have one kid but if more than that, get ready to spend over $80 for a day. I could spend that at urban air and get go karts, ball pits, zipline huge playset and more. It’s $24 per kid and doesn’t allow food or drinks. So like any kid after running, they’ll be asking for snacks and water. The no food and drinks at places like these makes me crazy. You know kids are going to ask for it and there are so many food allergies these days. If you’re not going to allow it, then you should have multiple options for every persons diet. And have people that are knowledgeable about it. I also didn’t see any crayon quarter/arts and craft room or dazzling light room that it states on their website. And I know they just opened but did not seem very knowledgeable of how things worked. Front desk said should sign waiver for each kid, but then couldn’t get computer to work so they just let us in. Then at snack counter my daughter asked if one of ice creams had cheesecake pieces because she’s gluten free(celiac not preference)… the person said why don’t you look at it and tell me. Then she gave them cash and they couldn't figure out change to give her because register screen wasn’t working. They had to call someone over to figure out correct change. Lastly, asked about bday parties…$600 for two hours for up to $10 kids. That’s crazy! If I just paid for 10 kids it’d be $240 and they have enough fancy tables outside the rental room that I could use one of those. It’s beautiful and looks like a fantasy land… but definitely looks like they spent a lot on furniture, decor and marble walls in bathroom… I’m assuming this is why so expensive?? Most kids don’t care about that fancy stuff… they just want to play. Again adorable and fun place but seem they have some kinks...
Read moreWould have loved to give Kidcadia a 5-star review just based on how beautiful, clean and fun it is but there’s always a downside. We came on a Sunday and this place was PACKED. So many kids running around while their parents socialized & paid no attention to them. Props to the parents who actually parented and watched their children and/or played with them. Kidcadia is not a daycare where you just drop your kids off & let them fend for themselves. My daughter really was having fun until some kids were going UP the lighted slide as she was going down. One of the boys collided with her and now she has a huge bump under her eye. At two years old, she shouldn’t have to worry about the bigger kids being bullies and not following every day rules of the playground. Of course the parents were no where to be found so I had to reprimand the boys myself and tell them that they shouldn’t be going UP a down slide. I know that this business is all about making money so the more the merrier but maybe they should consider a limit on the amount of kids/parents they let in and have sign up for time frames. I don’t care if I signed a waiver or not, I felt unsafe letting my daughter run around on her own not knowing who was going to hurt her next. We won’t be coming back at least for a few months until the hype wears off & some...
Read moreLoved the cleanliness of everything and how they were keeping up with cleaning while we were there. It's well lit and very nicely decorated, very whimsy for kids. I do have a few things to comment that made it less than 5 stars. First, the seating area along the walls with the couches. The couches are facing the wall and not the play structure, which makes watching your kids impossible from them especially since they are high backed. Second, the coloring area only has one small opening to get to. Because of the arrangement of furniture near this entry point we were blocked in by a stroller which essentially causes a safety / fire escape hazard. This area needs to be more open so the chance of blocking the entry point is eliminated or another opening in the half wall needs to be made. Third, the no outside food and drinks thing is hard when the selection at your cafe' is so limited. The prices weren't bad but it was very limited especially for kids who are playing hard and will want something to drink or snack on. The price was definitely higher than it could be but if it means keeping the place well maintained and clean it's not that bad. Overall we had a...
